Town Talks with the Mayor

In this month’s Town Talks installment, Danville Mayor Newell Arnerich and guests will discuss how residents can access and rent some of the excellent facilities within the Town. Participants will also hear updates about two important Town projects, the Downtown Master Plan and the Diablo Road Trail.

Town Talks with Mayor Newell Arnerich will be live-streamed at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, August 5, 2022. Mayor Arnerich invites guests to discuss various topics of interest to Danville residents. Joining the Mayor on August 5 will be Danville’s Recreation Arts and Community Services Director, Henry Perezalonso, and Assistant Town Manager, Tai Williams.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and in this month’s Town Talks installment, Danville Mayor Newell Arnerich discusses mental health, how access to mental health resources is improving and how the community can access mental health resources in Danville and locally.

Mayor Arnerich is joined by Shawn Kumagai, the District Director for Assemblywoman Rebecca Bauer-Kahan; Dr. Nitsa Dimitrakos, Clinical Director Discovery Counseling Center; Dr. Chad Pierce, Contra Costa Health Services; and Jim Selover, San Ramon Valley Fire Protection Deputy Chief.
