The Final Programmatic Environmental Impact Report for the Housing Element is Now Available

The Final Programmatic Environmental Impact Report (Final PEIR) related to the Town’s Draft 2023-2031 Housing Element is now available for public review. In conformance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and CEQA Guidelines, this Final PEIR includes comments received during the public review period for the Draft PEIR as well as responses to those comments.

The Danville Planning Commission, at its December 13, 2022 public hearing (via teleconference), will review and consider the Final PEIR as part of its 2023-2031 Housing Element adoption process.
