Planning Commission Hearing Packet - Now Published

The staff report packet for the Danville Planning Commission on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 5:00 PM (via teleconference) to consider the Draft Danville 2023-2031 Housing Element and all associated actions is now available.

In accordance with state law enacted in 1969, the Housing Element is a required component of a community’s General Plan and must be updated every eight years. Along with all cities and counties in the State of California, the Town’s mandated role is to update its Housing Element to demonstrate how it would accommodate its assigned ‘fair share’ of the housing needs for people of all income levels in the state. '
