The applicant has requested, and the Town has found, that the application is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) based on the new California Law SB 130 which went into effect on July 1, 2025. This new law is applicable to infill housing developments.
The following final plans and documents have been submitted and will be presented at the planning commission meeting:

Please note: while this traffic study had been prepared, the project is exempt from environmental review under State Law. The study does not make recommendation to improve traffic and circulation, which the Town will include as recommended conditions of approval for the project.
