1465 Lawrence Road

The Town has received a Major Subdivision application for the property located at 1465 Lawrence Road. The proposal involves subdividing an approximately 17.11-acre site into eight (8) single-family residential lots. The project applicant is Bryant Street Professional Complex LLC.

The western portion of the site is zoned R-40, where seven (7) lots are proposed. The eastern portion is zoned R-100 and will contain one (1) residential lot. The existing access from Lawrence Road will remain the primary vehicular access point. The existing private road from Lawrence Road is proposed to be widened to 18 feet and be extended to serve all eight residential lots. A large portion of the site lies within the FEMA-designated flood zone.

The Town is in the early stages of reviewing this application. Any public hearings related to this application are anticipated to occur in the fall or winter of 2025. Additional details will be provided as the project moves forward.

A request for comments was sent to various Town departments and outside agencies to help the Town identify potential issues with the project or project application that would need to be resolved.
